Quotes & communications

Rates, capacity and timelines discussed by phone, email or chat are estimates until confirmed in a written rate confirmation for a specific load. A quote request does not create a contract of carriage; freight moves under the rate confirmation and terms agreed for that shipment.

Intellectual property

The Dash Expedite name, logo and site content are the property of Dash Expedite LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current but don't warrant that it is complete or error-free.

Governing law
